Your concerns are important to us

As an internationally operating family business, we highly value ethical and lawful behaviour and compliance with regulations. The compliance management system that has been set up is intended to enable employees, but also companies and other organisations, to report violations of applicable law (e.g. bribery, fraud, violation of human rights and environmental regulations) or of Lindner's internal regulations.

Whistleblower system

As part of the applicable Whistleblower Protection Act (HSchG), a compliance organisation has been set up whose compliance officers are available as neutral and independent contacts for all questions relating to compliance. All information received by our Compliance Office is treated confidentially. Whistleblowers receive timely confirmation that their report has been received and are duly informed of the investigation and its results. No one who reports a suspected compliance violation in good faith need fear any disadvantages, even if the suspected violation turns out to be unjustified.

If you have information about possible breaches of the law that affect a Lindner Group company worldwide, you have various options for sending us your information.

The following reporting channels are available for this purpose

  • Reporting by e-mail to the Lindner Group compliance organisation: compliance@lindner.com
  • Report by letter to:

    Lindner-Recyclingtech GmbH
    Att. Compliance Manager

  • Reports from employees of the Lindner Group to the management, the superior, the (Group) Compliance Officer, or other named contact persons of the respective subsidiary eg. in the course of a personal conversation.
